血脂异常与睑板腺功能障碍的相关性研究

摘要: 血脂异常与睑板腺功能障碍(meibomian gland dysfunction,MGD)紧密关联。血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯及低密度脂蛋白升高可能会促进MGD的发生,高密度脂蛋白升高可能会导致MGD进展。动物实验发现血脂异常会导致各种睑板腺病理变化。降血脂药物对MGD有一定治疗效果。(国际眼科纵览,2021, 45: 312-317)

Abstract: Clinical studies have shown that there is a close correlation between dyslipidemia and mebomian gland dysfunction(MGD). Higher serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) can promote the development of MGD. Studies have found that elevated high density lipoprotein (HDL) can lead to the progression of MGD. It was found by animal experiments that dyslipidemia may lead to various pathological changes of meibomian glands. Some lipid-lowering drugs also have some therapeutic effects on MGD.
